Ok, with that out of the way, let's talk about Martin. That's my name. I've got a Masters in interaction design that I got from Umeå University in Sweden, which is also where I'm born and raised.

UX and design have been my sole career since 2007. I know very few things outside this realm, but I do enjoy moving my body in various ways so I guess I'm ok with that too. I think we need to rethink the roles in product development, especially anything with UX in the title. This has been my crusade for some time.

I also think the way most companies do performance reviews and incentives needs to be reimagined to a format that actually inspires and is worth everyone's time. I have a feeling this might be my next crusade.

A few other things I'm into are watches, photography, dogs, writing, kitesurfing, whiskey and rum and a wide variety of music genres.
