I’ve used Kano and it’s very good I think for established products and services where you have at least some established features. For greenfield products I wouldn’t t use it until I’m past product market fit exploration as there are too many unknown variables and I’m not sure if I’m presenting the right feature set to the right audience. The results tell me Im onto something but that could be a local maxima.
